International Press: EAM featured series in Trebuchet Magazine

You may have noticed this writing platform recently overflowing with the fragrant, nourishing grains of rice-writing and rice themed thoughts.

Wild Rice

Our humble blog has sought to supplement our recent forays into the world of rice paddy growing, with research and insight into the symbolism and meaning behind rice in Asia (and globally in fact), as well as the importance of understanding the origins of our food.

Although our Urban Rice Paddy art installation at Singapore’s National Library ended last month, our rice theme has lived on. Next week the Edible Art Movement will be witnessing and reporting back on the ancient art of writing on rice grains, used in the time of Kings and Czars as minuscule carriers of secret messages.

But meanwhile, we are delighted that the digital writings-on-rice found in these blog pages, have been picked up by international art, politics & culture magazine TREBUCHET. Below you can read the articles featured on this international platform. Many thanks to the excellent team at Trebuchet:
